Replace Hpricot with libxml

Need to create tests for the classes that currently use Hpricot. I foresee the creation of a small shim class to make libxml more Hpricot like.

XPath support is very perplexing with libxml. It's not worth the effort of doing this right now.

Going to use nokogiri instead (assuming nokogiri has a windows compatible binary release).
